the location was decent. many museums were near. a spar supermarket was just around the corner. i also enjoyed the breakfast. it included an automated cappuccino machine.
the night staff was rude. a chinese lady shouted on me. i asked for water late at night. the room lacked proper soundproofing. i heard noise from the corridor and pipes.

The breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh fruits and veggies. I found a very good selection of cheeses and breads. The staff stored my luggage until late. I appreciated their cute and friendly service.
The reception desk is located in the neighboring building on the second floor.

The location allowed me to easily walk to many attractions. The included breakfast had a wide selection of items. I also liked the convenient coffee machine access on my floor, it always worked well and had mugs.
The street outside was somewhat noisy at times. It slightly disrupted the otherwise calm atmosphere.
